Upload handling notice

Only upload what the property review needs.

Property documents can contain personal information. This notice explains the purpose, safeguards and choices before you upload.

Effective: 16 July 2026

Before uploading: redact bank details, signatures, identity document numbers, unrelated contact details and any other information not needed for the property review.

What you may upload

Relevant title or Section 32 extracts, recent property photographs, inspection notes and factual corrections can help assess property characteristics and evidence quality.

How we use it

We use uploaded material to provide the property review you requested, extract or verify relevant property facts, explain evidence in the report, resolve support issues and protect the service. It is not used to opt you into marketing and is not sold.

Who may access it

Access is limited to authorised people and technology providers that need it to host, process, secure or support the service. Automated extraction may be used. Uploading does not mean every statement is independently verified or accepted.

Your responsibility

Only upload material you own or are authorised to provide. Do not upload unrelated third-party personal information, unlawful material, malware, full identity documents or payment-card information.

Retention and deletion

We keep uploaded material only as long as reasonably necessary for the report, support, security and applicable recordkeeping. You may request deletion at info@aushomevalue.com.au, identifying the property/report and files. Some limited records may need to be retained where law or security requires it.

If you uploaded the wrong file

Stop using the upload and email us promptly with the property address, approximate upload time and filename. Do not send additional sensitive information in the email.
